Harvard Gulch Mid-Century Mix Case Study

 Renovation Details

This home originally featured a closed off floor plan not structured for a family of four. Brayton Interiors came in and recommended a completely new floor plan that featured an open kitchen and living room, and transformed what was once an unused office space into a formal dining room. This kitchen was tailored for the large family gatherings the clients often have. A professional range and custom drywall range hood were installed along with three slabs of Caesarstone countertops. All new solid hardwood flooring was laid throughout the main level and it was brightened up with fresh warm white paint.
