Built in 1890, this Victorian home featured classic architectural details on the exterior but a choppy and barely-functional floor plan on the interior. After removing the wall between the kitchen and the dining room, we were able to create a usable and beautiful space that looks like it could have existed when the home was originally built with details such as:

• Marble countertops
• Hand-crafted wood island created by a local artisan
• Hand-painted tile backsplash
• Antique brass finishes for the faucet and cabinet hardware
