Sloan’s Lake Low-Key Luxe

Brayton Interiors designed the living room and dining room for this new build in Sloan’s Lake (Denver). A few impactful changes helped turn this from a nice home into an amazing, low-key luxe home:

1) After several space plan exercises, it became more and more clear that the best layout option was to actually switch locations of where the clients had located their living room and dining room.

2) The fireplace in the new dining room was nothing to write home about. To change that, some of the furnishings budget was reallocated to sprucing up the run-of-the-mill fireplace and making it a showstopper.

3) Highly customized lights were installed to effortlessly blend the architectural style with the clients’ personal preferences.

4) The furnishings were both personalized and understated, making the space feel approachable.
