Sloan's Lake Charmer
Originally built in 1925, this Sloan’s Lake charmer had a choppy layout that had a few renovation attempts throughout the year. Its new owners wanted an open concept kitchen and living room to accommodate their growing family. Brayton Interiors laid out a new open concept floor plan that included knocking down a few walls while maintaining the original historic charm of the 1925 architecture. The kitchen features clean white quartz countertops, a custom plaster range hood, the original garden window and a new built-in banquette dining area for casual family dining. Painted shaker style cabinetry and a marble backsplash help keep this kitchen bright and current while also maintaining a timeless and classic design true to the original architecture.
