A dated penthouse loft built in the year 2000 got a major facelift! Located right in downtown Denver, the dated finishes needed to be brought up to the current times to match the industrial feel of the building and neighborhood it is located in. The kitchen was opened up to the living room and the panoramic views this penthouse offers. Concrete flooring throughout the entire loft and an exposed ductwork ceiling in the living room gives the condo a spacious, industrial feel. The industrial touches throughout the condo are balanced by using custom warm wood cabinetry and warm quartz countertops in the new kitchen. What was once a small seating area was transformed into a bar with an antique mirror backsplash to accommodate the clients love for entertaining.
